Från och med 2019 prenumererar Lunds universitet på alla standarder som publiceras av SIS, Svenska Institutet för Standarder. Inkluderade är alla SS och SS-EN standarder, ISO-standarder och IEC-standarder, samt Bygghandlingar 90. Totalt ingår 25 827 standarder i LU:s abonnemang (mars 2021). Det är möjligt att provläsa ett antal sidor i de standarder LU inte har tillgång till. Universitetsbiblioteket (UB) har en del svenska standarder i tryck, dessa kan sökas i LUBcat. Observera att standarder i tryck endast är läsesalslån.
Hos SIS finns nationella och internationella standarder som alla har förankrats, utvecklats och kvalitetssäkrats genom SIS standardiserings-process, SIS (Sverige), CEN (Europa) och ISO (Globalt). Standarderna är framtagna inom en rad olika branscher och områden. Standarder är frivilliga att tillämpa men kan fungera som obligatorisk referens, exempelvis i föreskrifter från myndigheter och vid upphandling.
As of 2019 Lund University subscribes to all standards published by SIS, the Swedish Institute for Standards. Included are all SS and SS-EN standards, ISO-standards and IEC-standards, as well as Bygghandlingar 90 (Building documents), a series of eight manuals describing how different construction documents should be designed based on the recommendations of the Swedish construction sector. A total of 25,827 standards are included in LU's subscription (March 2021). SIS.se is available in both Swedish and English.
SIS Standards are formal Swedish standards and international standards developed by SIS (Sweden), CEN (Europe) and the ISO (global). All SIS national and international standards are based on, developed through, and quality-assured by the SIS standardization process.
The University Library (UB) have a collection of Swedish standards in print, these standards can be found in the library catalogue LUBcat. If you request a printed standard, please note that they are reading room loans (läsesalslån) that must be read in the library and cannot leave the building.
