Emerald Insight launched a new digital research platform on July 4th 2019. Lund University Libraries have access to five collections on Emerald:
- Emerald Business, Management & Economics eBook Series Collection (BME)
- Emerald Social Sciences eBook Series Colletion (SS)
- Emerald Management Plus (eJournals)
- Emerald backfiles (eJournals)
To see a list of Lund University's subscribed content choose 'My products' at the top of the startpage, by clicking on Details you will see the titles included in each collection. If you choose 'Browse our content > Books and Journals' you can refine by title and subject. On the new platform five content types are used: Article, Book part, Earlycite article, Case study and Accepted article. Book part is the new definition for book chapters, they can be downloaded in PDF and EPUB format.

|Restrictions||Walk-in users: Users not affiliated with Lund University may be permitted access to Emerald, but only within the physical premises of Lund University Libraries.
Course packs: Authorized users (registered students and staff) may incorporate single portions of individual chapters in printed or electronic course packs for the use of authorized users for educational purpose. Each course pack must carry acknowledgement of the source. All copies (print and electronic) of the course packs must be deleted when the course ends. Please note that electronic course packs may not in in any way be posted on the Internet. If you would like to copy, reprint or do anything else than what is mentioned here, you must first ask permission. This can be done by contacting Emerald via firstname.lastname@example.org
|Interlibrary loan / Fjärrlån||Yes, librarians may supply another non-commercial library in Sweden (but not outside) with a single paper copy of a document. This can be done by post, fax or electronically. If done electronically the file must be printed out by the recieving library and the electronic file deleted immediately after printing. By ‘document’ is meant an individual chapter, an article or other single item, but not a complete journal volume or a complete ebook.|
